Here are 6 reasons why it is beneficial to follow our training.

1. Affordable cost
As a non-profit organization, our objective is not to make a profit, but to absorb part of the costs encountered in the creation of the training program. In addition, the financial aid from the MEQ which was used for the development of the training makes it possible to reduce the cost of registration. Once certified, you will not have to pay annual fixed fees or other recurring costs.

2. 2 in 1 training, complete and flexible
Our program combines a theoretical online component and face-to-face training which offers both practical and theoretical content. Everything has been thought through to condense the content into 7 days of classes to allow an effective and exhaustive training.

3. Content adapted for the local and international context
Most of the kitesurfing schools are looking for competent instructors who can adapt to different situations. This is the reason why we have created a training that allows future instructors to efficiently adapt to the spots diversity and conditions faced here and elsewhere. The training structure and content were purposely designed to reflect the local and international realities. We also offer advanced sessions on exclusive perfection techniques.

4. Certification accepted by international insurance companies
First of all, your certification card is valid on the national level since we are a federation. Second of all, even if the laws are different from one country to the other, in general, to teach in another country, insurance companies require you to have certification. These institutions will accept your FQK certification as much as any other certification, except in France where local and exclusive certification is required. Also, just as with other international certifications, the school that hires you has the right to validate your skills and ask you to follow in-house training adapted to their reality.

5. Updated and structured training
Our program is based on the latest research in pedagogy, teaching psychology, and communication, as well as new advancements in the world of kitesurfing. It emphasizes a human-centered and flexible teaching approach.

6. Training 100% in french with bilingual technic vocabulary
All of our content and courses are offered in French, with technical terminology also available in English, in order to best prepare our instructors for local and international contexts.
